I love helping students grow and learn more about themselves as yogis and humans
The first time I stepped on my yoga mat was at my local YMCA in Ohio, USA. I will never forget the feeling of attempting to balance my strength and flexibility for the first time, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I knew that I had found something that my body and mind loved! Since 2017, I’ve completed two teacher trainings, one in Vinyasa style (in Cleveland, OH, USA) and one in the Ashtanga style (in Paris, France).
My goal when teaching a class is to allow students to harness their strength and flexibility and leverage it to form a well-rounded and fun practice. My teaching is heavy on proper alignment, pranayama, and fun! If you’re coming to one of my classes, I encourage you to leave your inhibitions “at the door” and commit to trying something new! I love helping students grow and learn more about themselves as yogis and humans, and I can’t wait to continue helping for many more years to come!
