Attila will take you on a Budokon Movement Journey of Fluidity and Grace!
Budokon Yoga brings together classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics (animal-like movements) in slow, controlled movements. It is a playful and powerful type of movement. Through Budokon you increase your agility, strength and flexibility. You learn the initially challenging technique through repetition, precision and mental focus.
Over the past 20 years, Budokon has shaped modern yoga culture. Budokon’s signature rolling spinal movements, combined with martial arts and calisthenics, have permanently changed the classical approach to many yoga poses and the transitions between them.
In this workshop, Atilla will cover Section 1 till Section 3 from the BDK Primary Series.

During the break, you will be invited to participate in a matcha ceremony. Work at your own level in the afternoon, where you get the opportunity to explore Budokon Mobility. Attila will guide you through a foundation mobility practice, showing you his playground.
